Daily Delivery and Pick-Up Service

At Athena Dental Laboratory we provide a daily delivery and pick-up service for the fastest turnaround of your order. We supply all the necessary packing materials and order forms and as a special introductory offer to our new clients we will deliver your first two orders free of charge.

If required, one of our technicians could visit and assist with impression technique and bite.

By arrangement, copy dentures can be made. This reduces the bite stage and moves straight to try-in stage so that the dentures can be returned next day.

Free pick-up and delivery service daily – we are centrally located in Northampton with our own transport to reach Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and North London in time daily.

1. Dial 01604 887089 to request a pick up. If you are outside our daily collection area you can use our pre-paid Royal Mail labels from the Downloads section to send your work to us.

2. Print out the applicable downloadable pdf version of our docket (dentures, crowns and veneers or ortho)

3. Fill in all case specifics and indications, such as dentist name, surgery, patient name, case description and indicate whether NHS, private or independent work.

4. Place all disinfected impressions and case components in a sealed plastic bag. Attach the docket to the bag.

5. If posting your order, ensure the package or box is sealed with tape, attach the Royal Mail label and put in a post box.

6. Please allow one day prior to the appointment booked in for your patient for delivery.

7. If posting your order please allow sufficient time for receipt and delivery.
